Transparency
Most underwear brands do not tell you what their products cost to make. We sell directly, with no wholesale markup and no middlemen, so there is no reason not to.
Below is what one pair costs us, and what you pay.

The first three lines include freight: the fabric to our workshop in Lithuania, and the finished pieces back to us. Delivery to you is charged separately at cost.
We are not registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged or included.
What company cost covers
Our website and payment fees, samples and pattern development, insurance, and the time to make, pack and send each order. Set-up costs such as photography are spread across the pieces we expect to sell in a year, rather than loaded onto a single run.
It does not yet include a full salary. At this scale, the founder's design and admin hours are unpaid.

This is the first run
ifty pieces. Small runs cost more per item: fabric bought in small quantities is more expensive, and a short production run costs more per piece to sew. That is why €23 is close to what a pair costs us to make.
It is also why we are not yet paying ourselves. Once the design has been tested and we know it works, we can make more at a time and our costs will come down.
